This is a customized 4 week Training Program tailored to help you achieve your fitness and health goals. We are all different with different bodies and lifestyles that require specific knowledge and creativity.  This 4 week training phase will include:

  • 2 Customized Workouts per Week 

  • Can be done Online, In Person, or Both

 

  • Nutrition and Food Guidance

 

  • Generic Grocery List

 

  • *Online Clients videos via app or Live Workouts

 

  • Support, Check-In's and accountability directly with me
